Every event needs a home, now you can customize venue settings like never before. Drag the pin on the map and adjust the check in radius to your preference, and set check in beacons with the new venue editing panel.
With multichannel attendance get to know your fan’s game day story. By combining ticket scan integration, beacons, and gps engage with your fan in new ways while capturing thousands of valuable data points.
Event Setup Form Updates
The new event creation and editing form streamlines event settings. In the webinar we talk extensively about best practices as it pertains to awarding points for attendance. In addition check out the new “stay late” bonus points which allow you to automatically reward your most loyal fans when they stay through the game.
New Attendance Dashboard
The new events dashboard gives you a look into the results of your event. The dashboard updates live during your event so you can easily see who is in the building, down to the seating section, and send targeted push notifications. Mobile App Events View
