Shopify Now Fully Supports the Fanmaker Mobile Wallet, Loaded Ticket, Payments, and Loyalty Ecosystem

We’re excited to announce that Fanmaker now offers full integration with Shopify e-commerce and Shopify POS. Every core Fanmaker capability is now supported both online and at in-person registers running Shopify.

This is more than transaction syncing. It brings our full mobile wallet, payments, and loyalty ecosystem into Shopify environments.

That includes:

  • Fanmaker mobile wallet
  • Gift cards
  • Loaded tickets (Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, Ticket Return)
  • Vouchers
  • Discounts and coupons
  • Stored value
  • Loyalty point earning and redemption

Organizations can use any combination of these features. Some partners focus on mobile wallet and payments. Others layer in loyalty. Shopify now fully supports them all.

One Fan Experience, Any Register

For fans, the experience should feel effortless.

They scan their mobile wallet Pass or ticket at any register. Stored value deducts. Discounts apply. Gift balances redeem. Points accrue if loyalty is enabled.

There is no separate process depending on the sales channel. No confusion about what works online versus in venue.

Whether a team is selling merchandise online, running concessions, or operating multiple retail locations inside a stadium, the Fanmaker experience remains consistent and invisible to the fan.

Interoperable Across Every POS System

Shopify joins a long and growing list of point-of-sale systems that integrate directly with Fanmaker.

It is important to Fanmaker that we support any and all point-of-sale systems our partners choose to use, so there is no lock-in. Teams should never have to change engagement platforms just to accommodate a register system.

Fanmaker currently supports:

  • Clover Sport
  • Counterpoint
  • Mashgin
  • MyVenue
  • NCR
  • OpSuite
  • Oracle Micros
  • Retail Cloud
  • Retail Pro
  • Shift4
  • Shopify POS
  • Simphony
  • Tapin2
  • Xenial

This allows organizations to:

  • Operate multiple POS systems within the same venue
  • Transition between POS providers without disrupting mobile wallet, payments, or loyalty
  • Run ecommerce and in-person environments simultaneously
  • Keep all incentives and stored value interoperable across systems

In many venues, concessions, retail, and ecommerce already run on different platforms. Fanmaker makes them work together under one unified layer.

Standardized Administration, No Retraining

For administrators, dashboards, loyalty rules, discount logic, payment settings, and reporting remain standardized across every POS integration.

There is no retraining when adding Shopify. No reconfiguration when switching POS providers. No separate rule sets based on which register processes the transaction.

Rules are configured once. Settings are managed once.

As POS systems evolve or expand, the Fanmaker layer stays consistent.

With Shopify now fully integrated, Fanmaker continues to give sports and entertainment organizations complete flexibility in how they sell, while keeping the fan experience simple and seamless.

If your organization is evaluating POS flexibility, expanding mobile wallet and payments, launching loyalty, or unifying these capabilities across systems, we’d be glad to continue the conversation. Reach out to us at contact@fanmaker.com.
