Everything it takes to run your loyalty program and your stored value payments is now something you can do yourself. Set up an event, launch a prize, send an email blast, adjust point scoring, change your design, pull a report. No support ticket, no waiting on Fanmaker staff to flip a setting for you. You have the keys to your whole program, and you decide which of your staff get which keys.
What’s new
- Rebuilt from the ground up. More than 70 admin screens rewritten, reorganized, and redesigned, fully replacing the old admin.
- Fast. Pages move without full reloads, and long lists filter and paginate on the server instead of in your browser.
- Mobile friendly. Every screen works on a phone, so you can send a push or check a prize count from the concourse on game day.
- Light and dark mode. Dark by default, with a toggle that remembers your choice.
- Sharper member filtering and sorting. Stack filters for level, status, points, tags, join date, or location, then sort the results the way you need them.
- A real email editor. Formatting, tables, links, colors, and merge tags, so a good looking email blast no longer needs a developer.
- Image uploads. Drop images straight into your emails and custom pages and build templates that actually look designed.
- Emoji in push notifications and text messages. A searchable picker right in the composer, inserted at your cursor.
- A dashboard on every area. Members, Rewards, Point of Sale, text messaging, Mobile Wallet passes, and per-event analytics all open with the numbers up front instead of a list.
Reaching the right slice of your membership is where this shows up most. Stack filters for level, status, points, tags, join date, or location, include a tag or exclude it, and sort by name, points, level, or join date. When the list looks right, act on it without leaving the page: download it, or send that exact group a push, an email, or a text. Fanmaker SMS handles the mass texting with verified opt in built in, and both the push and text composers have the new emoji picker.
Sign in with your existing Fanmaker credentials. There is nothing to install and nothing to migrate, and your members, prizes, events, and reports are already there.
